📍 Where to find us

Every Tuesday — our Barwell stall at the George Ward Centre, 10am–2pm. Fresh-cut bouquets, salad, seasonal veg and free-range eggs, all picked for the stall.

1st Saturday of the month — Burbage Farmers Market.

You'll also find our flowers at Petite Fleur in Burbage, The Flower Shop in Earl Shilton and Evalyn Rose Floral Design here in Barwell.

What's Coming Off the Farm Right Now

The season is in full swing. Right now we're cutting sweet peas, cosmos, snapdragons, cornflowers, calendula, scabious, chamomile and the first lisianthus and dahlias — with sunflowers, zinnias and asters on the way.

On the veg side it's our salad mix (the market favourite — it sells out fast!), crisp lettuce, beetroot, radish, spring onions, cabbage,

broccoli, carrots and cauliflower.

And fresh free-range eggs from our pasture-raised hens.

Everything is grown here on our small regenerative farm in Barwell — seasonal, soil-first, and picked at its absolute freshest.

Picked Yesterday, On Your Table Today

Most shop-bought flowers travel thousands of flower miles and can sit in cold storage for up to two weeks before they reach you. Ours are usually in your hands within 24 hours of being cut, often the same day — which is why they open beautifully and last so much longer in the vase. One customer told us her bouquet was still going strong two weeks later!

Our veg is harvested at peak ripeness for flavour and freshness, not bred to survive a long journey.

We grow without chemicals, working with nature rather than against it — healthy soil, biodiversity, and long-term care for the land.

Meet Stef & Sue

20260426_091956 (2).jpg

After years in office jobs and raising four boys, we bought a small farm in Barwell and started growing food and flowers for our local community.

2025 was our learning year — trial beds, soil observation and getting to know our land.

2026 is the real thing: the polytunnel is full, the beds are blooming, the hens are laying, and this spring we even welcomed our first lambs (including a set of triplets! 🐑).

Find us at our weekly Barwell stall or at the monthly farmers markets — come and say hello.

What We Grow

Seasonal vegetables and fresh-cut flowers, grown in Barwell and harvested at their freshest.

We focus on varieties that taste best eaten close to where they're grown - things that don't travel well and rarely appear in supermarkets.

We supply within a 10-mile radius to keep food miles low and relationships close.

Working With Local Businesses

Our flowers are already being snapped up by local florists — Petite Fleur in Burbage, The Flower Shop in Earl Shilton and Evalyn Rose Floral Design here in Barwell (less than ten minutes from farm to florist!) — and our arrangements and produce have featured at Mallories Pantry in Kirkby Mallory.

If you run a café, restaurant, florist, farm shop or deli, we'd love to work with you.

Start small: order ad hoc when you need us, with no commitment — and if you love what arrives, we can talk about growing exactly what your customers want.

Free sample bunches for florists.

Free trial arrangements for cafés and restaurants.
